Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

Standard Shipping: zł20.00 (3-5 business days) — FREE on orders over zł200
Express Shipping: zł65.00 (1-2 business days)

International Shipping

International Standard: zł70.00 (7-14 business days)
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of PulseMints products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Opened products may be returned if defective or not as described. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@pulsemints.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
