These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PulseMints website and the purchase of products from NOVALABS VENTURES LTD (Company Number 16906178), registered at Ealing Cross, 1st Floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London, United Kingdom, W5 5TH ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. PulseMints products are functional mints containing nootropic ingredients and are classified as food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@pulsemints.com. Opened products may be returned if defective or not as described. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NOVALABS VENTURES LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVALABS VENTURES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Health Disclaimer

PulseMints products contain active ingredients including caffeine, L-theanine, melatonin, and other nootropic compounds. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes. Keep out of reach of children.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
